✨ Pristine State: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, makeup marks, or scents (perfume, smoke, or detergent).
📦 Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original protective clear bags.
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Shoes: Must be returned with the original shoebox in its original condition. Please place the shoebox inside another shipping box; do not attach postal labels directly to the shoebox.
