• Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as Graduation or Holiday seasons), shipments may experience a slight delay. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you immediately via email.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time includes processing time plus transit time. Please refer to the estimates below:

4. Tracking & Lost Packages

• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.
• Damaged/Lost Goods: LUMEROSES is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all original packaging.
